Darjeeling 1st Flush Goomtee 50g

Goomtee is a historic tea estate in the Darjeeling region of India. Established in 1879, it continues to uphold traditional cultivation and tea-making techniques. Spread across altitudes of 900 to 1,800 meters, the estate enjoys a cool climate, a wide gap between day and night temperatures and abundant rainfall, producing leaves with a delicate, complex aroma.

This is a first flush made from the first spring harvest, and its light oxidation gives it a sweet, fruity aroma. It has been aged for an extended period in an oxygen-free environment, which brings out that fragrance all the more.
