is a pesticide-free, spring-plucked black tea produced at the high-elevation Gopaldhara tea estate in India's Darjeeling region. Situated at 1,700 to 2,300 meters, the estate's low temperatures and wide swings between day and night produce delicate, high-quality leaves. Moon Light is especially rare even among 1st Flush teas: buds and young leaves are hand-plucked and finished with light oxidation. The result is a black tea with a bright golden liquor, a floral aroma, and a delicate flavor.
