How to brew tea (E) >

A refreshing floral scent and a pleasant texture

Alishan tea is a fruity and refreshing oolong tea that represents Taiwan's high mountain teas. It has a good balance between quality and price, and is a popular and recommended high mountain tea at HOJO.

HOJO's Alishan tea is as close to green tea as you can get, with a refreshing taste reminiscent of fruit and flowers. It also has a slightly sweet aftertaste.

If you can't forget the delicious oolong tea you had in Taiwan, we recommend you try HOJO's Alishan tea.

The standard of high mountain tea

In Taiwan, oolong tea grown at high mountains above 1000m is called high mountain tea. Alishan tea plantations are at 1500m, making it a standard high mountain tea. Tea grown at 2400m, like Lishan tea, is also good, but the price tends to be extremely high. In that respect, Alishan tea has a good balance between quality and price, making it a recommended high mountain tea.

"A refreshing oolong tea"

HOJO's Alishan tea is as close to green tea as you can get and has a refreshing taste reminiscent of fruit and flowers. It has a refreshing taste like Sencha and a slightly sweet aftertaste.

Can you put it in six times?!

If you use 5g of tea leaves for a 200cc capacity, you can make 6 brews. If you drink it while at work, you can just put the tea leaves in a mug or cup and pour in boiling water. When you're done drinking, add more boiling water.

Below is an introduction to Alishan tea.
