Gushu Yinzhen is a white tea made from tea from a 100-year-old tea tree in Lincang, Yunnan. This tea is made from a single bud, and is not killed or rolled.

The difference between Fujian Province's Baihao Yinzhen is that Fujian Province's Baihao Yinzhen is that after withering, the latter is dried with hot air.

In the case of old silver needles, after wilting, they are dried in the sun.

Aging makes it more fruity

During the withering period, it has a characteristic green, refreshing aroma, and at the same time, a sweet aroma like black tea.

If you prefer a more fruity, sweet aroma, we recommend aging the tea for several years in an unopened state. White tea is also suitable for aging, and by aging it for several years in an unopened state (without oxygen), a sweet aroma will develop.
